About Joe

DSCN0057Born and raised in Athens, GA, Joe traveled across America throughout his teens, from one tennis tournament to the next.  Undoubtedly more comfortable swinging a racquet, he looks forward to the challenge this Fall of adapting to life on two wheels.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2007, Joe attended the University of Georgia as a Presidential scholar.  He spent two years in a leadership development program, the Leonard Leadership Scholar’s Program, where he and other students gave back to communities through a number of projects.  In addition to gutting houses in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, he served a local Athens performance learning center, Classic City High School.

Thankful for all of life’s opportunities thus far and the support of family and friends, Joe is motivated to grow through this journey, to help children facing trying times, and asks each of you for a contribution to the foundation in doing so.
